Located at the east gateway of Clarkson Village, the oldest community in Mississauga, on the former “Clarkson Manor” site, is VANDYK Development Group’s proposed mixed-use community. We are planning a 4-storey mixed-use building that will be predominantly residential with limited village-style retail space, and the completion of the existing 3-storey building as a stand-alone commercial/office building. We believe our development will be a significant improvement to the previously approved development concept for the property. Our proposal includes enhancing the pedestrian environment, providing high-quality housing and architecture, creating a transition from the retail character that is west of the site and the residential character to the east, and better servicing the needs and growth of the community.
